Book Illustration
Panels, pages and lettering for comics, webcomics and graphic novels.

Service introduction
Comics tell stories through pacing, framing and expression as much as dialogue.
We work from your script to thumbnail each page, then pencil, ink, colour and letter the final pages.
Sequential art
Comics are read as a path across the page. Panel size, gutter width and where the eye lands first all control pacing as much as the drawing does.
We work from script to thumbnails to pencils to inks to colour and letters, with approval at each stage. Panel layouts are planned for the reading direction and the final trim, and lettering is placed so balloons guide the eye rather than block art. For print we supply flattened CMYK pages; for webcomics, sized RGB exports.
We regularly take briefs from graphic novelists and webcomic creators in the US, UK, Czech Republic and India. Send us your project details and we will reply with questions, an approach and a quote before any work starts.
